- Please allow 2 working days for your order to process.
- All customers will receive an email confirmation when they make their order and another email when their order has been dispatched.
-All items come gift wrapped free of charge.
- *Depending on where you live, there may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when your delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards. Wandering Soul is not liable for these charges, and they cannot be refunded. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS
- if item is faulty, You have 7 days to request a refund/exchange.
- All items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they came in.
- Contact us via email [email protected] with your order number and return/exchange request.
- Once we have received the product back to us please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same card that the order was paid with.
- All of our jewellery is carefully checked before it is packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty please get in touch immediately. We allow 14 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item.
- Sale items and postage are non-refundable.
